No application is required. Any modern smartphone with NFC capability can scan the tag and open the product passport directly in the browser. This works on both iOS and Android devices.
Each company can configure a default language for their admin panel. The product passport page supports English, German, Italian, Dutch, and Serbian — customers can switch language using the buttons on the page.
Digital Product ID is built to support the core EU DPP requirements including unique product identification, technical data, warranty information, service history, documentation storage, and multilingual access.
Standard NTAG213, NTAG215, or NTAG216 NFC tags are compatible. For writing tags, we recommend the ACR122U USB NFC reader/writer, which works with Windows systems via the Web Serial API directly in Chrome browser.
Yes. Each company receives a dedicated subdomain, can upload a custom logo, and configures their contact information. The product passport pages display the company's branding throughout.
Service history and detailed product information are protected behind customer login. Public product pages show only general technical specifications and warranty status. All data is stored securely on European servers.
